Pause. Reflect. Transform.

This retreat is for everyone—no prior physical yoga experience is needed. The retreat focuses on the meditation, mind, breath, emotions, and awareness aspects of yoga, so you can fully engage without any physical prerequisites. Most exercises are done sitting in a chair, making it accessible for everyone, regardless of physical ability. All you need is curiosity and a strong desire to learn and discover yourself. We’ll begin with the basics, building a solid foundation to support your personal journey.

A Holistic Approach to Creating Change

Transform from within:
We often attempt to change our lives by addressing problems at surface levels, only to find ourselves stuck in repetitive patterns. This happens because we try to change our thoughts using affirmations, focusing on the psychological layer. However, thoughts originate from a biological process, not a psychological phenomenon.

Go Deeper:
Outcomes in life are the result of actions, and actions stem from thoughts. Thoughts, in turn, arise from the electrical activity of synapses connecting neurons in the brain. This activity is profoundly influenced by the vibrational state of the body.To change the psychology, you have to first change the biology.

Kristin Pagano (5 Stars) - A Breathwork Retreat Like No Other

I recently had the privilege of attending the 3-day reset breathwork retreat hosted by Harish, and I can honestly say it’s an experience I will never forget. Words almost fail to describe the impact it had on me—not just physically or mentally, but on a soul level. I went in carrying a lot and came out feeling lighter, clearer, and more deeply connected to myself than I have in a very long time.

The breathwork sessions were unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. They were intense, beautiful, and at times completely unexplainable. Harish guided us with such grounded wisdom and care, creating a safe space where I could truly let go. Each session brought something new to the surface—grief, clarity and joy.

But this retreat was more than just breathwork. Harish also shared his passion for Indian cooking, teaching us to create incredible dishes using his own handcrafted spice blends. The food we cooked and shared felt like nourishment on every level.

This retreat was a reset in the truest sense of the word. It was a pause, a deep breath, a reminder of who I am beneath the noise. If you're going through something, or even if you're not, I couldn’t recommend this experience more. Harish doesn’t just host a retreat—he holds a sacred space for transformation.
Thank you, Harish. I’ll carry this with me always.

Vicki Earl (5 Stars) - Amazing Experience that Provided me with Clarity and Peace.

I just returned from this amazing weekend retreat. Like many people I was under a lot of stress and looking for clarity, uncertain aspects of my future relationships, career, etc.
I had recently watched the movie “Eat, Pray Love“. if you haven’t seen it, I would recommend it. Julia Roberts is searching for clarity and takes a trip to India, where she learns breathing techniques, meditation, etc. While I enjoyed the movie, which is based on a true story, a trip to India is just not feasible for me. But thanks to the universe, India came to me! I met Harish through this website. Having read the reviews, looking at his website and retreat offerings, it seemed to be exactly what I was looking for.I found this to be an amazing experience that provided me with clarity and peace. The website and course online as a guide to continue to practice at home are a resource I will definitely use.I also opted to complete the astrology chart, which provided valuable insights into my own behavior patterns. This will allow me to reflect and make choices differently based on this information. Harish is a great host, instructor, and cook. I enjoyed the cooking lessons as well.Accommodations were clean and comfortable. His home is set in a very peaceful setting, allowing for a wonderful space for quiet reflection.

Meriem (5 Stars): Left With Knowledge That I’ll Carry With Me For A Lifetime

I went to the retreat with no expectations, other than to deepen my knowledge and find a bit of inner peace through silence.

The location was wonderful, the valley is beautiful, I highly recommend taking a little walk.

The food definitely exceeded my expectations: flavorful, nourishing, delicious, and beautifully presented. It was truly one of the highlights of the weekend.

However, the greatest highlight was Harish himself! His warmth, kindness, and genuine willingness to help. He broke down every concept so clearly, ensuring I understood not just the theory but also how to apply it in practice. We were 2, and it allowed us to go in depth at every step.He also used this small device, EEG scanner , to scan brain electrical activity and measure concentration levels. We did the first scan on Friday and repeated it on Saturday after all the theory work , and it was incredible to see how much my concentration during meditation had improved.

His guidance is truly remarkable. I left with knowledge that I’ll carry with me for a lifetime and can continue to apply as I grow.

Kshitij Sinha (5 Stars) - Deeply Experiential and Personalized

Harish's program offers a rare blend of personal attention, deep spiritual insight, and holistic learning. With only a few students per session (I was the only one in mine), Harish provides full, undivided attention and teaches from real-life experience rather than theory.

His teaching is grounded in his personal journey—learning from various Siddhas across South India. He also provided materials which are detailed and thoughtfully compiled, blending practices from Vaasi Yoga, Shat Kriya, and Panch Vayu kriya.

As a bonus, the meals were exceptional—flavored with handcrafted Beyond Masalas that made cooking feel effortless. Highly recommend for anyone seeking an authentic, experiential path.

Real-Time Meditation Feedback with EEG Brainwave Monitoring

We’ll begin by measuring your brainwaves during your current meditation or breathwork routine — whatever that looks like today. Then, after practicing the ancient Shakti Pranayama technique, we’ll scan again. This powerful before-and-after reveals the gap between modern practice and how ancient yogis accessed meditative states — giving you clear feedback, real correction, and confidence to continue at home.

Verbal guidance can often lead to misunderstandings, but by seeing your brainwave patterns before and after practicing Shakti Pranayama, you gain the clarity to self-correct — aligning your practice with the authentic yogic method followed by the ancient masters.

4 Day Program Structure

Silence, Breath Work, Meditation, Chanting, Vedic Astrology and Cooking lessons.

Day 1 – Thursday

Guests are welcome to check in anytime after 6:00 p.m. Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. This evening is for settling in, grounding, and gently arriving before the deeper inner journey begins.

Day 2 – Friday

7:00 a.m — Shat Kriya Practice
We begin with The Golden Sequence — a powerful breathing practice that awakens the body with prana, energizes the brain, and restores deep balance. You’ll feel your mind clear, your body awaken, and a calm focus settle in, preparing you for the day’s journey.

8:00 a.m — Breakfast
A nourishing vegetarian meal to ground the morning practice.

9:00 a.m — EEG Brainwave Scan
Meditation is one of the most popular—and misunderstood—words today. With so many techniques, much of the original meaning is blurred. Yet in the end, only one thing truly happens in the brain. In this session, we cut through the noise with data. You’ll experience a live brainwave scan while meditating, and see exactly how your mind shifts. We’ll then map those results to traditional yogic patterns. This gives you a baseline of your current practice and sets the foundation for the transformation ahead.

10:00 a.m — Karma, Fate, and Free Will: Understanding the Loop
Why does life feel like the same struggles on repeat? Why do the same patterns keep returning, no matter what you try? The yogis asked these questions long ago — and found answers. In this session, we’ll explore how karma, fate, and free will shape the “loop” we get stuck in, and more importantly, the exact methods they taught to step out of it. You’ll come away with clarity on why the loop exists and how to finally break free.

10:45 a.m — Break (15 minutes)

11:30 a.m — The Evolution of Yoga: Breaking the Loop
Most people know yoga as stretching and postures — but that’s only the third limb of an eight-limb path. At its core, yoga is about clarity, not contortion. In this session, we’ll explore all eight limbs, uncover what true meditation means in the yogic tradition, and cut through the confusion of terms (yogic, Buddhist, Zen, and more). This is a chance to step beyond surface practice and touch the full depth of yoga.

1:00 p.m — Lunch
Curry Nachos — This will be our second cooking lesson. A healthy and delicious fusion of Indian street food culture with a Western twist.

3:00 p.m — The Art of Meditation: Simple Clues of the Mind We Ignore

Meditation is often made complicated, yet the mind leaves behind simple, overlooked clues that reveal what it is truly seeking. In this session, we’ll explore the natural state of mind, then revisit the brainwave scans from earlier in the day and compare them to traditional yogic patterns — showing how modern science echoes ancient teachings. You’ll then be introduced to Vaasi Yoga—a rarely taught method, carefully preserved through the centuries, that shows how the mind can flow with the unfolding of life, without resistance or distortion.

3:45 p.m — Break (15 min)

4:30 p.m — The Laws of Attraction: Yogic Technique to Speak the Language of the Universe

If you’ve seen ‘The Secret’ or read the book, you know the Law of Attraction works — but rarely is the “how” explained. In this session, we turn to the ancient wisdom of the Rig Veda and the Mandukya Upanishad to uncover the process behind it. You’ll explore how ideas arise, how they take shape within you, and how to work skillfully with energy and emotion. We’ll then look at how to align vibration with intention, so what you carry within naturally shines outward. The key lies in a subtle practice hidden in the stages of chanting — a yogic technique that reveals the true language of the universe.

6:15 p.m — How to Speak the Language of the Universe

In this guided practice, we’ll explore chanting as a direct way to align with vibration. You’ll be led through the stages of chanting, each one opening a different level of awareness, until the sound itself becomes your language with the universe.

7:00 p.m — Dinner

9:00 p.m — Practice: Tuning the Chakras to One Frequency

Our emotions rise from the chakras, and each chakra carries its own vibration. When those vibrations are out of sync, emotions feel scattered or overwhelming. In this guided evening practice, we’ll harmonize the chakras and the five elements so they radiate together on one balanced frequency. The result is a deep sense of emotional alignment and inner balance to carry into rest.

9:45 p.m Back to room

Day 3 – Saturday: Just Imagine the World Has Come to a Stop

There is nothing else for you to do on this planet except surrender to silence and deep practice — to master the Vaasi Yoga breathing rhythm, a guarded yogic practice said to open doors of insight, clarity, and transformation.

This day is dedicated to uninterrupted practice and mastering the Vaasi Yoga breathing rhythm. Silence is the boundary, not the goal. What this really means is:

Drop every agenda, every pressing thought that pushes your limits, every question that insists it can’t wait, and every problem that screams “solve me now.”
The truth is — they can wait. You’ve spent years pampering these demands. A day and a half of setting them aside will do no harm.

And you’ll discover something amazing: when you commit to the rhythm, the urgency falls away, the questions resolve themselves — and you realize it was never a problem to begin with.

The beauty of this practice is that once you learn the rhythm, it does the work for you.

Silence will gently close after lunch, giving you space to reflect, share if you wish, and prepare for your return.

very thoughtful and patient teacher.

The ITY program that Harish has created is a thorough and methodical approach to ancient breathing techniques. With this practice, I’ve learned to pay attention to my breath as I move through my daily life. It helps me stay attuned to my thoughts and feelings that arise as life happens. Harish is a very thoughtful and patient teacher. He has a wealth of knowledge about pranayama, its physiological benefits to the body and how it brings about a positive change in one’s thoughts and outlook. He is more than happy to repeatedly clarify and explain in depth any questions that come his way. He is an excellent guide through my practice daily. ITY helps me connect the dots in my life - from reacting to responding. If you stick with this program, you will most certainly see a change in you and how you move in your life!

Harish is an Amazing Person and Teacher

I wanted to get away from personal and professional stressors and to learn a discipline that will help me navigate life more peacefully.

I liked that it is geared to just 1 to 2 people at a time, so the instructor can devote more time to his students.

After attending this retreat, I've continued the practice at home. I've noticed how much calmer I feel after practicing the breathing techniques.

I learned a practice that I can easily continue at home, and should I need further instructions, Harish makes himself available to offer guidance when needed.

Harish is an amazing person and teacher. He is very approachable, he explains the practice in a manner that makes sense. He has a passion for teaching, is a strong communicator, he is very engaging and empathetic, not to mention a great cook!
